Deleting from the app (fastest way)

You can delete your Projelio account and its data from inside the app; no separate request form is needed.

Steps: open Projelio and sign in → go to Settings from the left menu → press the “Delete my account” button at the bottom of the page → read what will be deleted and confirm with your password.

The mobile app uses the same screen: the app is the same Projelio as on the web.

Requesting deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email info@projelio.app from your account's email address with the subject “account deletion request”. After identity verification we complete the request within 30 days at the latest.

Data that is deleted

Your account, profile details (name, email, phone, profile photo), the tasks, projects, files and comments you created, your Lio chat history and your notification preferences are deleted.

Jobs and organisations with no other members are deleted as well. Shared workspaces containing other people's work are kept; your contributions there are anonymised so they can no longer be linked to you.

Data that is kept, and for how long

A 30-day waiting period starts after a deletion request. If you sign in during that period the request is cancelled and nothing is deleted. Once it expires your account and personal data are permanently deleted; removal from backups can take a few more weeks.

Lio chat history is kept for 90 days, WhatsApp conversation records for 90 days, technical and security logs for at most 12 months.

Billing and payment records must be kept for 10 years under Turkish tax and commercial law; these are retained until that period expires even after the account is deleted.

If you have a subscription

If you have a paid subscription, cancel it before deleting the account. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are cancelled from your Google Play account; deleting the Projelio account does not end a Play subscription on its own.
